EcransMed is pleased to announce the dates of its next edition EcranMed-3. This 3rd edition of the festival will take place from 10 to 21 May 2014 in collaboration with the Cinémathèque québécoise, where the main program will be held, and the MAI (Montréal, arts interculturels), which will host the video art program at its gallery.

EcransMed est un festival de courts métrages qui se tient chaque année à Montréal. Le festival vise à promouvoir les courts récemment produits dans la région méditerranéenne. Grâce au travail de son équipe solidaire composée d’artistes, de réalisateurs, de partenaires et de bénévoles, EcransMed réussit à présenter des projections sans frais et accessibles à tous. De plus, le festival propose des événements répartis dans différents espaces publics extérieurs et intérieurs. EcransMed cherche ainsi à sensibiliser les publics culturellement variés de Montréal en leur offrant un programme de courts métrages de grande qualité et sélectionnés avec soin. Le festival a été inauguré en décembre 2012, et se tient annuellement pendant le mois de mai, à partir de la deuxième édition du festival, EcranMed-2.
EcransMed is an annual Montreal-based festival, that aims to promote recently produced short films from the Mediterranean region. The festival works in unison with a group of artists, filmmakers, partners and volunteers, in an effort to present all screenings free of charge, with events spread across a variety of different public spaces and indoor venues, allowing them to be accessible to a wide and varied audience. EcransMed has been inaugurated in December 2012, and it is held annually during the month of May, starting from the second edition of the festival, EcranMed-2.
اكرانميد هو مهرجان لعروض الأفلام القصيرة، يقام سنويًا بمدينة مونتريال. يهتم المهرجان بترويج الأفلام المعنية بمنطقة البحر المتوسط، وإلقاء الضوء على التنوع الثقافي الثري الذي يميز بلدان تلك المنطقة. يجمع فريق عمل المهرجان مسعى رئيسي، وهو الحفاظ على تقديم كافة العروض مجانًا، من خلال برنامج معد بعناية ليتناسب مع الجمهور المونتريالي متعدد الثقافات. تقام العروض في الأماكن العامة بمناطق متفرقة من المدينة، وبالمثل في أماكن العرض التقليدية، من سينمات وصالات صالحة لهذا الغرض. أقيمت الدورة الأولى من المهرجان في ديسمبر ٢٠١٢، ويعتبر شهر مايو من كل عام هو الموعد الرسمي لفعاليات الدورات اللاحقة، بدءًا من الدورة الثانية، اكرانميد-٢
