2nd Conference on Politics in Children's Literature | ‫المؤتمر الدولي الثاني حول السياسة في أدب الأطفال‬

The conference will include a select group of speakers from Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Egypt, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Brazil, Norway, Sweden, UK, and Mexico. It will address topics dealing with the issues of childhood in general and children's literature in particular.

Key topics under discussion are: Conflicts & Political Attitudes in Children’s Books, Making Opinions and Political Orientations in Children’s Books, Identities and Diversity in Children’s Books, Political Functions in Children’s Books, Citizenship in Children’s Books, and What is the Content Required from Children’s Literature?

‎‫ يضم المؤتمر نخبة من أدباء ورسامي أدب الأطفال‬ و يعالج مواضيع تهم المعنيين بالطفولة عموماً وبأدب الأطفال خصوصاً:
‎- صراعات ومواقف سياسية في كتب الأطفال - صناعة الرأي والتوجهات في كتب الأطفال - الهوية والتنوع في كتب الأطفال -
- وظيفة السياسة في كتب الأطفال - المواطنية في كتب الأطفال ‎- أية سياسة نريد لكتب الأطفال
