An exceptional one-time production award

Cultural Resource (Al Mawred Al Thaqafy) is announcing a one-time initiative to fund the production of original works of art by Arab artists in any field, that are to be created in response to or in the context of the current wave of revolutionary activity and popular uprising in the Arab region.

Al Mawred Al Thaqafy annonce une initiative unique pour soutenir la production d’oeuvres d’art originales, créées par des artistes arabes, dans tous les domaines de la création artistique. Ces créations doivent faire écho au mouvement révolutionnaire et aux révoltes populaires qui ont embrasé les sociétés arabes.

Multiple grants of up to $15,000 will be awarded to support original projects in film, theatre, music, literature and visual arts, and projects will be selected for support by an independent regional jury of experts in the field of arts and culture.

Les aides, d’un montant de 15.000 dollars, seront allouées à de nombreux projets artistiques : films, théâtre, musique, littérature et arts visuels… Ceux-ci seront sélectionnés par un jury composé, au niveau regional, d’experts indépendants dans les différents secteurs de l’art et de la culture.
