Participants are introduced to the differences between the six traditional Arabic calligraphic styles and the context in which they are most commonly used today, and will have the chance to match traditional Arabic type to Latin logos to finally produce their own re-imagined Arabic typography. Participants don’t need to be native Arabic speakers.
