The Wild Jordan Café

It is a partnership with the Royal society for the Conservation of Nature RSCN. Which is a work engine aiming to generate income for the rural communities of RSCN’s 6 reserves in Jordan; Dana, Dibeen, Shaumari, Al Azraq, Ajloun and Wadi Mujib. Wild Jordan is the trading name for the Society's eco tourism and handicraft enterprise. RSCN itself is a non governmental organization, devoted to the conservation of Jordan’s natural environment. It was created in 1966 under the patronage of His Majesty, the late King Hussein. The Society has been given the responsibility by the Jordanian Government to protect the country’s wildlife and wild places. Helping nature… helping people.
Wild Jordan also offers the largest nature shop in the region which includes a wide range of creative nature based handicrafts and products made by the local communities, living in and around the RSCN’s nature reserves. The variety includes silvers, leather “nature boxes”, soaps, environmental games, creatively designed ostrich eggs and many other crafts that will suit all tastes as a gift or a beautiful decoration piece for your own home.
Wild Jordan Also provides full Information about eco tourism in Jordan accompanied with brochures, leaflets about RSCN’s reserves and sites, in addition, you can also book your visit at the center’s tourism unit. The Wild Jordan conference and meeting rooms are fully equipped for workshops and exhibitions. All meeting rooms can be used in combination with the café and its external terraces, to provide a fully integrated venue. Internet services are also available, with references to environmental sights including nature informative sites and highlighting the Kingdom's natural secrets.
The Wild Jordan Café menu is based on a low fat, low carbohydrate recipes with raw materials extracted from RSCN’s nature reserves. The menu offers a wide selection of tasty salads, sandwiches, smoothies and desserts with a healthy twist to it. A percentage of the cafés revenues are dedicated to helping the communities.
The Wild Jordan Café enjoys an indoor smoke free atmosphere in order to high light the concept. The open terraces, which are utilized during fair weather conditions, overlook the energetic down town and offer a unique panoramic view.
